Terms of Charter

1. Bookings

You can book a vessel online for chosen dates and pay the full charter price at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. The price shown at checkout is the daily rate multiplied by the number of days, in US dollars.

2. Payments

We accept payment by card through Stripe's secure checkout (card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers) or by bank transfer to the company account shown on your booking page, quoting your booking reference. We will never ask you by phone, email or WhatsApp to pay a different account or an individual. If you receive such a request, do not pay; contact us first at [email protected].

3. Cancellation

If we cancel your charter, or the vessel cannot sail because it is unavailable or unsafe, you receive a full refund to your original payment method. For any other change or cancellation, contact us before your charter date and we will confirm in writing what can be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow all safety instructions. Illegal substances are prohibited. Guests are responsible for personal belongings.

5. Pricing & Inclusions

Inclusions vary by operator and vessel. A quotation typically covers the captain, fuel, safety equipment and harbor fees; provisioning, extended itineraries and special requests are usually charged separately. Your written quotation is the authoritative list.

6. Liability

Yudi Yatch & Boats acts as an intermediary and is not the vessel operator. The operator holds primary liability and carries the vessel's insurance. Guests are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance.
