1. Enquiries & Reservations

This website is an enquiry and information service only. All charters are subject to availability. Rates shown are indicative; a written quotation from the vessel operator confirms the final price, terms and schedule.

2. Payments

No payments are taken through this website. We do not collect card details, bank transfers, deposits or any other payment online, and we will never ask you to send funds to an individual. Any payment terms are agreed directly with the vessel operator under their own contract. If you receive a payment request that appears to come from us, do not act on it — contact us first at support@yudiyatcheandboats.com.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms are set by the vessel operator and are stated on your quotation and charter agreement before you commit to anything.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow all safety instructions. Illegal substances are prohibited. Guests are responsible for personal belongings.

5. Pricing & Inclusions

Inclusions vary by operator and vessel. A quotation typically covers the captain, fuel, safety equipment and harbor fees; provisioning, extended itineraries and special requests are usually charged separately. Your written quotation is the authoritative list.

6. Liability

Yudi Yatch & Boats acts as an intermediary and is not the vessel operator. The operator holds primary liability and carries the vessel's insurance. Guests are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance.
